Good communication between the customer and the organisation is essential. As an organisation, you naturally want to be easily accessible to your customers, either via social media channels or via the good old-fashioned telephone. Often, organisations don't know exactly how they want their telephone lines set up. That's why I like to think along with them and to give them ideas. I believe there is a solution to every problem. It's just that sometimes you need someone who looks at the situation a little differently.
