We introduced the Knowledge Base at Mediq to put an end to fragmented information across departments in three physically separate locations. With the solution, all data is in one database and a user can see only the information they need, based on their access rights. Customer contact employees find the new way of working very convenient, as it relieves them of a lot of unnecessary thinking work. With the knowledge base, they can easily look up the right information and provide clear answers. This leads to high-quality and consistent service.
