Recent failures:<\/strong><\/p>

On April 21, 2026<\/strong>, there was a brief outage at one of our vendor’s services that prevented dial-out calls from always being possible.<\/i><\/p>

On April 7, 2026 <\/strong>, there was a brief problem at AMS-IX which caused reduced call quality on our services.<\/em><\/p>

On March 13, 2026 <\/b>, there was a problem at the Internet node AMS-IX which caused reduced call quality on our services. <\/em><\/p>

On Jan. 29, 2026<\/strong>, customers using Sprinklr could experience service problems. These problems have since been resolved and all systems are functioning again. <\/em><\/p>

Update of Jan. 16:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>

Outage (resolved): interruptions in incoming calls over Odido network<\/strong><\/em><\/p>

Recently, we have received reports from customers using Enreach’s services through us. They experienced that telephone calls were sometimes unexpectedly interrupted. These were exclusively calls from callers calling from the Odido network. <\/em><\/p>

The interruptions were caused by a disruption in the link between Odido’s network and Enreach. This allowed calls from the Odido network to drop prematurely. Calls through other providers, such as Vodafone and KPN, did not experience this problem. <\/em><\/p>

Odido and Enreach jointly took measures to correct the disruption. After these adjustments, the interruptions largely disappeared and the situation was restored. <\/em><\/p>

Although the outage has been resolved, we continue to actively monitor connections to prevent a recurrence.<\/em><\/p>

November 20 update:<\/strong> Our vendor has now fully deployed the fix. Both their testing and our own checks confirm that the disruption has been resolved. <\/em><\/p>

November 19 update:<\/strong> Our vendor has since informed us that a solution is available. It is currently undergoing extensive testing. Once the testing phase is complete, we will receive a schedule for the broader rollout.<\/em>We expect to have more clarity on this tomorrow and will keep you informed via this page.<\/em><\/p>

Since November 12,<\/strong> some of our customers’ phone calls have been unexpectedly disconnected. After checking our own systems, we started an investigation in cooperation with our telephone line supplier. <\/em><\/p>

The latter has since confirmed that the cause is a disruption between different providers. It is a randomly occurring problem that cannot be assigned to one specific environment or customer. <\/em><\/p>

We continue to monitor the situation closely and are working on a solution with the highest priority. As soon as new information becomes available, we will inform you via this page. <\/em><\/p>

On Oct. 29, 2025<\/strong>, there was an outage within Microsoft Azure that caused some customers to experience disruption in the use of Sprinklr. The outage was caused by an incorrect setting made by Microsoft itself in a service that forwards Internet traffic. This error caused applications that rely on Azure to experience slow load times, error messages and components that did not load properly. Microsoft figured out the cause and fully restored all systems. Services are functioning normally again. <\/em><\/p>

On Oct. 21, 2025,<\/strong> there was an outage at Mendix, which could hinder some of our users from using Mendix applications. The cause was a problem within the Mendix infrastructure. M<\/em>endix performed maintenance and fixed the underlying technical cause.<\/em><\/p>

On Oct. 9, 2025<\/strong>, there was an outage at Microsoft in the Azure cloud platform that could cause some customers to experience disruption in the use of Sprinklr and our AI connector. Microsoft determined the cause and fully restored all systems.
