It was chosen to reward all 30 children whose mom and\/or dad work at the company with their own salary.  <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Handwritten thank you cards<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>There was a thick year of remote work. Rob Roode of Pegamento says, &#8220;in the last 12 months, dad\/mom had to &#8216;teemsun&#8217; at the kitchen table, fewer friends could play at home, and the kids got coffee more often. Actually, they also worked a little. A paycheck was no more than deserved.&#8217; The response was very positive.
