We deliver solutions that <strong>deliver tangible results<\/strong>for customers like KvK, Achmea and TransLink &#8211; millions of users experience our software in practice every day. Think shorter waiting times, higher customer satisfaction and lower error margins.    <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Therefore, we are not looking for &#8220;team players&#8221; or &#8220;enthusiastic developers,&#8221; but someone who <strong>wants to deliver results.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What do we expect from you in this role?<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a <strong>Solution Developer<\/strong>at Pegamento, we expect you to within <strong>the first 90 days:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Delivered at least one solution from design to production in collaboration with a customer team.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Have improved at least one existing application based on user feedback or monitoring data.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Participated in sprint planning, effort-estimates and go-live preparations &#8211; and made concrete contributions that colleagues cite as valuable.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Within <strong>12 months<\/strong>, we expect you to:  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Took responsibility for the technical realization of 2-3 client projects (often simultaneously).  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Build at least one domain expertise (e.g. Sprinklr, Mendix, AI) that will make you a go-to person within the team.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Regularly shares knowledge &#8211; through peer reviews, brown bag sessions or internal workshops.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Concrete tasks and responsibilities<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Translate customer needs into technical solutions (not &#8220;build features,&#8221; but &#8220;solve problems&#8221;).  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Assess efforts in multidisciplinary teams.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Collaborate with architects, UX&#8217;ers and other developers to design and build solutions.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Integrate with customer APIs, systems and platforms.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ensuring code quality, scalability and maintainability.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Thinking along on process optimization, RPA and automation.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ensuring that the delivered software in production continues to work as intended &#8211; you are jointly responsible for its success after going live.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What do we expect from you as a person?<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>HBO+ working and thinking level<\/strong>and experience building software (in any language).  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Skill in logically translating customer requirements into working applications.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Broad basic technical knowledge (network, APIs, logic, cloud or DevOps are all welcome).  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Proven ability to work independently as well as help colleagues move forward.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fluent communication in <strong>both Dutch and English<\/strong>.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bonus points if you have experience with: Mendix, Sprinklr, Power Platform, RPA (UiPath), telephony (VoIP, SIP), AI integrations or image recognition.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No check marks? No point.
