Pegamento signed contracts with Ziggo on March 27, 2026 for a wholesale partnership in fixed network services. This marks an important step in the further development of the company’s telecom proposition. For mobile services, Pegamento continues to partner with KPN.
The partnership with Ziggo gives Pegamento a new operator status. This offers more control over its own services and access to functionalities that were previously unavailable. At the same time, Pegamento connects directly to a large and robust telecom network, allowing performance, stability and further development of services.
“With this agreement we take an important step in the further professionalization of our telecom services,” said Serge Poppes, CEO of Pegamento. “The cooperation with Ziggo gives us more control over the chain and more space to develop services that better meet the needs of our customers, now and in the future.”

The new position also brings additional responsibilities. Processes that previously ran through intermediaries are now partly set up and managed directly by Pegamento. This not only increases the company’s flexibility and transparency, but also the quality of its services.
The impact of the collaboration is organization-wide. Teams within engineering, product development, operations and commerce are working together to implement the new setup. This includes looking at the further integration of pricing and usage information into customer portals so that customers can better understand their services and costs.
To carefully manage the transition, an internal project has now been launched. The aim is not only to implement the new set-up correctly in technical terms, but also to make it scalable and future-proof.
With this agreement, Pegamento strengthens its position in the market and lays a strong foundation for further innovation, growth and improvement of its services.
