Pegamento has won the Corporate Excellence Award in the “Provider of Most Customer-Focused RPA Solutions” category from British magazine Corporate Vision. Pegamento is a Dutch specialist in Robot Driven Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI). Never before has a Dutch company won this award.
Among other things, we at Pegamento focus on optimally automating customer contacts. So Pegamento’ s RPA software has now been awarded the Corporate Excellence Award for the best customer-facing IT solution.
Pegamento has also been using this innovative technology for several years for vacation parks and other companies in the tourism industry. “Of course we are pleasantly surprised with this international recognition of our work,” said Pegamento’s director Serge Poppes. “Robotization and AI can really add value in the service provision of companies, but only if the processes required for this are also set up properly. Then there will be a win-win situation for consumers and businesses.”
AI also for digitizing SMEs
We see this award as an incentive to continue with our ambitions. One of these is the application of artificial intelligence to SMEs. “It is still often thought that AI is only attainable and affordable for large industrial companies and multinationals. But even SMEs can make a digitalization leap with this type of innovative IT solutions,” Poppes said.
