An event full of inspiration

In recent years, we have organized the Contact Brewery for customers and interested parties from the customer contact industry. During our event, we feature speakers who will take you on a journey into the world of customer contact, AI, and the relationship between people and technology.

Things are moving quickly, so we’ll be organizing another Brewery event next year. The exact date and time haven’t been set yet. But if you’d like to sign up in advance, you can do so using the form below. We’ll keep you updated as things develop.

Getting in for inspiration

Welcome to the registration page for our event on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, which we are co-hosting this year with our partner Sprinklr. We are stepping into a unique location: the Spoorwegmuseum in Utrecht and welcoming guests from Pegamento, Sprinklr and Founders Carbon Network. The Spoorwegmuseum is a place where history and innovation come together, and perfectly suited to the journey we are taking together this afternoon and evening.

We start on the platform with a warm welcome in the Expo, after which we “take off” together with the plenary program: an inspiring ride along key themes and insights. After a short stop we continue in different directions during the sub-sessions in the sub-rooms, you choose your track, pace and destination.

We end the day with relaxed drinks in the Expo: the time to exchange experiences, make new connections and make plans for the rest of the journey.
