All Pegamento solutions run within Uniserver‘s highly secure data centers, such as Equinix, NorthC and Equans Beek. These are geographically dispersed, located above NAP and linked via dedicated dark fiber for real-time synchronization.

Data always stays in the Netherlands and falls under Dutch jurisdiction. So you are protected against foreign access (such as the U.S. CLOUD Act) and meet the requirements of the AVG and NIS2.
