A new tool for Microsoft Teams
Recently, we’ve been working on a new solution: remote calling to and from mobile and landline numbers with Microsoft Teams. What exactly it is? We’ll explain that to you here.
Microsoft Teams became an even more important part of the (virtual) workplace during the pandemic. We underwent a digital transformation from physical appointments to online consultations. Microsoft Teams was one of the tools that came in handy here. And still is. The program allows you to quickly and easily call, chat, video call, share files and watch on-screen with colleagues from wherever you are working. How nice would it be if Microsoft Teams also allowed you to make calls to and from external numbers, such as a supplier’s or customer’s 06 number.

How does it work?
To make it possible for you to make and receive calls, we have developed a solution. With this tool you can both get calls and call someone with Microsoft Teams, even if the person is not linked to a Teams account.
In addition, it is not necessary to download the application on your phone or laptop. If one of them has an account linked to Teams, for example at an organization, it is already possible to call external numbers and to receive calls.
