The main aim of Nederland Isoleert is to offer (potential) customers the opportunity to get a quote for insulation at any time, without the need for specialist knowledge about it. Through the online quote generator, located on the Nederland Isoleert website, consumers can easily enter their home details and insulation requirements, after which a real-time price calculation is automatically made. This functionality enables consumers to go through the entire quotation process from the comfort of their own couch, without the need for a sales representative to visit beforehand.
By using Pegamento’s expertise, the online quote generator is seamlessly integrated with the existing IT architecture of Nederland Isoleert. This means that quote requests are processed directly in the existing backend system, including calculations of subsidies and payback periods based on the energy-saving measures. The consumer receives a detailed offer, including net costs after all energy-saving measures and an estimated payback period. Once the consumer accepts the offer, it is integrated into Nederland Isoleert’s CRM system where the sales process continues.
The implementation of this innovative automation solution enables Nederland Isoleert to drastically optimize their sales process. Previously, sales representatives were sent to homes of consumers who had only filled out a contact form, with no prior suitability analysis for insulation measures. Now homeowners can independently assess whether their home is suitable for cavity wall insulation, roof insulation or other energy-saving measures.
